Terms for using ombriel.top and requesting private consultations at Ombriel.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website ombriel.top and appointment requests made to Ombriel, Suite 4, Victoria Health House, 11 Whitworth Street, Manchester M1 3UW, England. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Ombriel is a private medical clinic. We are not an NHS organisation and this website is not an official NHS site. Contact: [email protected], +44 161 496 2189.
2. What this website offers
This website provides information about Ombriel and allows you to request a private consultation. Submitting the form does not create a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms a date and time with you. We do not take payment on this website and we do not provide online diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency care through the site.
3. Consultation fees
Current consultation fees are published on the website (Fees section). Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The published fee covers the doctor’s time and examination during the scheduled visit. Laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, and medicines are not included and, if offered, are explained and charged separately.
Indicative fees (subject to the live Fees page):
- GP / general consultation (30 min): £95
- Specialist initial consultations (30–40 min): Cardiology £230; Neurology £250; Gynaecology £220; Dermatology £220; ENT £200; Endocrinology £230
- Follow-up (15–20 min): GP £70; Specialist £140
4. Payment
Payment is arranged at the clinic when your appointment is confirmed. Accepted methods typically include debit/credit card and bank transfer. Insurance arrangements may be discussed on request. Never send card numbers through the website form or unsolicited email.
5. Cancellation and non-attendance
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 161 496 2189.
- If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, any prepayment already taken (if applicable) will normally be refunded within 14 days.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend without notice, any prepayment may be retained in full or in part to cover the reserved clinic time.
We will state clearly if a deposit or prepayment is required when confirming your appointment.
6. Clinical care and limitations
Consultations are medical services. Outcomes and recommendations vary between individuals. Information on this website is general and does not constitute personal medical advice. This service is not a substitute for emergency care. In an emergency, call 999 or attend the nearest Accident & Emergency department.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details so we can confirm your visit
- Arrive on time for confirmed appointments
- Tell us about relevant access or communication needs when booking
- Do not use the website to submit abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content
8. Intellectual property
Content on ombriel.top (text, design, logos, and images) belongs to Ombriel or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. To the extent permitted by law, Ombriel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from delayed confirmation of an appointment request.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
