We do not offer online diagnosis through this website, and we do not sell medicines or run prescriptions through the booking form. After you send a request, the clinic team contacts you to confirm a suitable time. Payment is arranged at the clinic when your appointment is confirmed — not on this page.

Do I pay on this website?
No. This page only collects an appointment request. Payment is arranged at the clinic when your visit is confirmed — by card or bank transfer.
What is included in the consultation fee?
The fee covers the doctor’s time and examination during the visit. Tests, imaging, procedures, and medicines are not included and are discussed separately if needed.
How do I cancel or change an appointment?

Is Ombriel part of the NHS?
No. Ombriel is a private clinic. We are not an NHS service and do not present ourselves as an official NHS website.
Can I get a diagnosis or prescription through the form?
No. The form is only for booking requests. Clinical assessment happens in person at the clinic. We do not diagnose online through this website.
